Review this website for products offered and to confirm their availability using the "Pickup date" and "Return Date" selector on the Home page. Currently the "Pickup date" and "Return Date" will be the same day for all our rentals.
Select a Rental Duration of either 2 hours or 3 hours.
Select Pick up date and time. Please note, the return date will automatically populate due to our same day return policy. If you choose a 2 hour duration at a 9 AM pick up, the return date will show the time as 11 AM. If you choose a 3 hour duration at 9 AM, the return will show 12 PM.
If the product shows available in green, click on the product and Add to Cart.
Next you can either View Cart or Checkout.
Enter your Name, Email, Address then Complete checkout.
Review you reservation details.
If successful, you will see "Reservation completed"
You have NOT been charged at this point nor do we have your payment info.
Michigan Party Wheels will now review and confirm the reservation within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email. The email will include payment arrangements.
When do I need to Pay?
When you receive a reservation confirmation email and invoice from Michigan Party Wheels, we will require the full deposit amount. If the deposit amount is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.
The full payment for the rental will be due by the delivery date and time of the rental. Payments may be made prior to this time and are greatly appreciated!
All deposits will be held until after the equipment is inspected by Michigan Party Wheels LLC upon pickup of the rental equipment. If no issues, the full deposit will be returned within 24 hours of the pickup time.
Do you deliver or do I pick up?
We deliver all the equipment to your house or party location. You will need to arrange approval to use a non-residential location. Michigan Party Wheels is not resposible for location approval.
How far can you deliver?
Currently, we will deliver up to 50 miles from Bay City, Michigan. However, additional delivery fees apply after 20 miles from Bay City, Michigan.
Fee = $1 per 1 mile from 21-50 miles
Will you deliver in the rain or severe weather advisory?
Michigan Party Wheels LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of rain or severe weather. Our customer's safety is one of our highest priorities. Especially with children. Additionally, our battery powered ride-ons should not be used in the rain as the electronic components could be damaged. We offer a 100% refund due to a rain or severe weather cancellation or you may select a new date.
What is the cancellation policy (if the customer cancels)?
Cancellations will be processed without a fee as long as the cancellation is at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the rental date. Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations due to rain or severe weather are 100% refundable.
